Infrared Sauna
Our Sauna operates as full spectrum infrared and red light, immersing your body in warmth, increasing your blood flow and removing toxins at the same time. Our Sauna can accommodate up to 3 people comfortably. Sessions are generally 30 minutes.

Healing Package
An hour and a half of bliss starts with an Infrared Sauna followed by a Facial cleanse, Heal Light and refreshing facial massage using a mixture of essential oils, cleansers and balms. We can tailor this for couples or friends.

Our water is purified at its source to filter 99% of every drop that enters the property. All showers and taps have perfectly clean water free from all heavy metals and chlorine.
All our drinking, Ice and Coffee Machine water are supplied using Reverse Osmosis filters eliminating 100% of toxins including Flouride. The water is then remineralised for consumption.
